Every organization has its own future strategy. The targets and timescales that is required at Tesco:

  3. Integrated video intelligence system of Tesco must upgrade which can be use for the purpose of traffic monitoring and loss prevention and plan to examine the productivity of the employees. The management of Tesco should provide development or career training to the employees for better assessment. It is obvious that in future vendors need integrated platform to extract real time data or signals in their stores so it will be an added target to set up Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) data, GPS facilities, Wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi), planting in-store shopping devices like handhelds, shopping cart computers etc as a short term target. And planning for long term targets also like- upgrade ancient machinery, plant updated machinery, up gradation of such departments such as operations, finance, research and development.

  4. Create better retailer-supplier collaboration with video intelligence, improve the bottom-line for retailer and supplier it is because currently U.S retail chain using this intelligence analysis to attract customers to their products.

  5. Enhancing multi channel marketing is also a recommended issue in this occasion. Digital marketing, E-Commerce are the process to do the same. Social Medias and web analytics are doing the same in this present century for the improvement.

Lastly this target and timescale should follow by the organization Tesco for market penetration, marketing intelligence and development, diversification, retail format development to reach out to new market segments. And the organization must follow time management which is a process of planning and control over the time on precise activities. The main role of the planning is to increase the productivity of workers.
